Hadith of The Day (Daily update)

Post by Noor'e Sahar on Sun Jul 18, 2010 10:58 pm

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

Beginning
of Creation - 6th Sha'aban 1431 (18th July 2010)
...
Narrated
Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu
'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The first group (of
people) who will enter
Paradise will be (glittering) like the moon when it
is full. They
will not spit or blow their noses or relieve nature. Their
utensils
will be of gold and their combs of gold and silver; in their
incense-burners
the aloe wood will be used, and their sweat will smell like
musk.
Everyone of them will have two wives; the marrow of the bones of the
wives'
legs will be seen through the flesh out of excessive beauty. They
(i.e.
the people of Paradise) will neither have differences nor hatred
amongst
themselves; their hearts will be as if one heart and they will be
glorifying
Allah in the morning and in the evening."

Bukhari Vol. 4 : No.
468

Narrated Abu Musa Radhi ALLAH 3nhu: ALLAH'S
Messenger swalah ALLAH 3leihi wa salam said, " My example and the
example of the Message with which ALLAH has sent me is like that of a
man who cane to some people and said, ' I have seen with my own eyes the
enemy forces, and I am a naked warner (to you) so save yourself!' ...A
group of them obeyed him and went out at night, slowly an stealthily and
were safe, while another group did not believe him and thus the army
took them in the morning and destroyed them." [Sahih Al- Bukhari, 8/6482
(0.P.489)]

Hadith Qudsi 39:
On the authority of Abu
Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the
Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:Paradise and Hell-fire disputed together,
and Hell-fire said: In me are the mighty and the haughty. Paradise
said: In me are the weak and the poor. So Allah judged between them,
[say...ing]: You are Paradise, My mercy; through you I
show mercy to those I wish. And you are Hell-fire, My punishment;
through you I punish those I wish, and it is incumbent upon Me that each
of you shall have its fill.
It was related by Muslim (also by
al-Bukhari and at-Tirmidhi).

in this world, Allah would conceal his faults on the Day of
Resurrection.(Book No:32, Chapter:Tidings For One Whose Faults Allah
Concealed In This World; He Will Also Conceal His Faults In The

The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:
"When a man says something, then glances left or right, his words are a
confidence to be kept." [Tirmidhi] Telling a secret means to inform
others of a remark, action, or state which one learns of from someone
who wants it to remain hidden, whether it be good or bad. To i...nform
others is to hurt him, and hurting others is unlawful in Islam.

than I will narrate to you. The Prophet, said, "From among the portents
of the Hour are the following: General ignorance (in religious affairs)
will prevail, (religious) knowledge will decrease, illega...l
sexual intercourse will prevail, alcoholic drinks will be drunk (in
abundance), men will decrease and women will increase so much so that
for every fifty women there will be one man to look after them.

Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)
said,
"Safeguard the Commandments of Allah,
you will find Him
before you.
Remember Him in prosperity
and He will remember you
in adversity.
...Be sure that which you miss,
was not to
hit you;
and what hits you,
was never to miss you.
Remember
that the Help of Allah is obtained with patience,
and relief emerges
after distress,
prosperity follows adversity,
and hardship is
followed by ease"

Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said:

One day, I was riding behind
the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi
Wasallam)
when he (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said,
"O boy!
...I
will instruct you in some matters.
Be watchful of Allah Jallah
jalala hu (Commandments of Allah),
He will preserve you.
Safeguard
His Rights,
He will be ever with you.
If you beg, beg of Him
Alone;
and if you need assistance,
supplicate to Allah Jallah
jalala hu Alone for help.
And remember that if all the people gather
to benefit you,
they will not be able to benefit you
except
that which Allah had foreordained (for you);
and if all of them
gather to do harm to you,
they will not be able to afflict you
with
anything other than that
which Allah had pre-destined against you.
The
pens had been lifted and the ink had dried up".
[At-Tirmidhi] .

Al-Tirmidhi narrated (2739) that Abu Moosa
al-Ash’ari said: The Jews used to sneeze in the presence of the Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), hoping that he would say to
them, “Yarhamakum Allaah (may Allaah have mercy on you).” But he would
say, “Yahdeekum Allaah wa yuslihu baalakum) (may Allaah guide... you
and reform you).” Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh
al-Tirmidhi.
